The Grand Plaza Room is one, large room (capacity 300 seated) that can be sectioned off into two smaller rooms, creating the East Room (capacity 100) and West Room (capacity 160). Each room comes with all of our square back leather chairs, round dining tables, daytime hurricane vase centerpieces, evening time 3 tiered cylinder vase centerpieces with floating candles + votives, and audio visual units (one per side) including a projector, screen, wireless microphones, and Bose speakers.
We have one bar on each side of the space + a full parking lot and a rentable parking garage beneath the building. All food and beverage catering is through our long time standing, American restaurant which will be celebrating it’s 30th birthday in July of 2020. Grand Street was a restaurant first, so not only do we have a beautiful venue with floor to ceiling windows facing the Country Club Plaza, but we have award winning chefs, food, drinks, and service to make any event a wonderful, seamless experience.
